My console has a broken HDMI port. Will you still buy it?

Yes - a broken HDMI port is the fault we repair every day, so it does not knock a console out for us. The offer reflects the model and the condition, port damage included in that figuring.

It does not turn on at all. Still worth bringing in?

Yes. No-power consoles still have value to a shop with a board bench. We will check what it is, tell you what we found, and make an offer - and if fixing it turns out to be the smarter move for you, we will say that too.

No. Walk in during open hours - Mon-Fri 10:30 AM-6 PM, Sat 12-5 PM. Booking a drop-off time works too if you want one.
